Lying within the beautiful Blackdown Hills Haybarton Cottage conserves the best of its traditional features while providing very spacious modern facilities. The beautiful beamed and comfortable sitting room has a wood burner and large television with Sky programmes.
The spacious and well appointed farmhouse kitchen can seat twelve at its solid refectory table. It is fully fitted and has French doors leading out onto the garden where there is a picnic table and barbecue for summer evenings. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a drying machine.
There are three ensuite double bedrooms, the two bedrooms upstairs have 5ft double beds, one has a bath and a shower, and the other has a shower room. The twin room is downstairs, with a shower room, and French doors onto the garden. This bedroom is disabled friendly however there are two small steps from the bedroom to the lounge and kitchen level. There is easy access to car park through French doors and wheelchairs can exit here and enter kitchen doores without steps.
