The Cottage, set on the rugged North Devon Coast, half a mile from Hartland Point, is on a traditionally run stock farm keeping sheep and cattle. The lounge has a colour television, video and DVD player, sofa bed and wood burning stove. Logs for the stove and background heating in the lounge and kitchen are provided free of charge. The kitchen and dining area has a full size cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer.
Upstairs are two bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other a double bed, single bed and room for a cot or fold out bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Downstairs the back door opens into a small area with washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and £1.00 meter for electricity. The front door leads into the enclosed garden with picnic table.
