The Old Carthouse and pigsty are being converted to provide a detached two bedroom cottage, the work shouild be finished by April. The downstairs comprises a large open plan living and dining area looking out onto a south facing patio garden with magnificent views towards the south Pembrokeshire coast. The fully fitted kitchen is in the former pigsty, and has a ceramic hob cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The cottage is fully centrally heated.
Upstairs there is a shower room, a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with high ceilings and exposed beams.
