Forest Cottage was once the chauffeurs cottage and more recently it has been used by caretakers looking after The Forest. It has been extensively restored but original features such as the Edwardian fireplace and iron fireplaces remain. An archway connects the sitting and dining rooms with solid oak flooring throughout. A bay window looks out onto the garden. The dining area has a wood burning stove. the lounge area
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, built in electric oven and hob. The private garden is to the front of the cottage and has a lawned area with table and chairs. There is plenty of room for a BBQ. the kitchen
The master bedroom has a double iron bedstead and wardrobe with drawers. The twin room has pine single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both rooms have original fireplaces. There is a bathroom and separate shower room, both have electric towel rails. the twin bedroom
